It has been decided that the Garter Mission
which is due at Hongkong early on Friday, February
9th, shall leave that port early on February 14th on
board His Majesty's Ship "Diadem".
It is proposed to visit Canton from Hong-
kong, leaving the latter place by day February 10th,
sleep Canton that night, see the sights there
February 11th (day), returning to Hongkong by night
February 11th, and arriving there morning of February
12th.
This would give us February 9th, 12th and
13th
